For the third time this month a Lancaster County bank has been robbed.  Ephrata Police say a man with a handgun stole cash from a BB&T branch in the 300-block of North Reading Road just after 2-Tuesday afternoon.  No one was hurt.MORE

A phony Craigslist ad ends in jail time for a Lancaster County woman.  The District Attorney’s Office says 22-year old Amber Consylman of Elizabethtown has pleaded guilty to setting up a fake sale of a television in November of 2013 so her boyfriend could beat the buyer with a baseball bat and steal his money. …MORE

Lancaster Woman Sentenced For Stabbing Death

A guilty plea in a Lancaster City stabbing murder means a woman will spend from 12-to-25 years in prison.  Officials say an argument between a couple at their home in the 400-block of Lafayette Street last October turned violent.  That’s when 20-year old Shanik Rodriguez stabbed her boyfriend 20-year old Harris Perez in the chest. …MORE

Lancaster Teen Drowns

The 14-year old boy who was pulled out of a Lancaster County pond Sunday afternoon has died.  State Police say crews responded to a reported drowning along the 5300-block of Peters Road in Salisbury Township.  The teen had been airlifted to a hospital.MORE
