Homicide In York City, Possible Domestic Incident

The death of a woman found in York City early Wednesday morning is being treated as a homicide. A York man has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for acting as an accomplice in the deadly shooting of Dover Area High School senior. Judge Halts PA Bridge Toll Proposal

The state’s plan to put a toll at least nine bridges along major interstates in Pennsylvania has been put on hold. Cumberland County and several other municipalities are challenging the process as illegal and unconstitutional and on Wednesday a Commonwealth Court Judge agreed and delayed the proposal. Avian Flu Spreads Again In PA

The Avian flu has spread to another commercial egg producing flock in Berks County. The dangerous virus for birds has been detected in Pennsylvania in six flocks in Berks County and eight in Lancaster County.
