Three York County teens have been arrested for setting a fire Monday that destroyed a vacant home. Police say two boys and a female ages 14-to-17 will be charged in the afternoon blaze in the house in the 200-block of Park Street in East Manchester Township. The structure had been abandoned for years. No one was injured.
