Talks between state lawmakers continue in Harrisburg to find a revenue plan that will add at least $1-billion dollars to a bi-partisan budget that they approved last week. Governor Tom Wolf said he will sign the bill as soon as there is a sustainable revenue package to pay for it. He has 10-days to veto it, otherwise it will go into force. Pennsylvania’s new fiscal year began last Friday.
