Lancaster Woman Sentenced For Stabbing Death

A guilty plea in a Lancaster City stabbing murder means a woman will spend from 12-to-25 years in prison.  Officials say an argument between a couple at their home in the 400-block of Lafayette Street last October turned violent.  That’s when 20-year old Shanik Rodriguez stabbed her boyfriend 20-year old Harris Perez in the chest.  Rodriguez pleaded guilty to 3rd-degree murder.
