A Lancaster County woman turned herself in after her alleged connection to a fatal hit and run. West Lampeter Township police say 18-year old Anya Myers was driving a vehicle that struck and killed 43-year old Samuel King of Lancaster along the 1800 block of Rockvale Road at around 7am on April 27th. Myers is charged with involuntary manslaughter and careless driving resulting in an unintentional death.
