The man convicted of multiple sex assault charges including rape of a child has been sentenced in Lancaster County. The District Attorney’s Office says 48-year-old Pablo Cotto-Martinez of Guayama, Puerto Rico was found guilty last winter of attacking a roughly 5-year-old child in Lancaster City in 2007. This week, Cotto-Martinez was ordered to serve from 20 to 40 years in prison.
