A 16-year old boy faces charges after he was found with a fully loaded gun in Columbia. Boro police say the teen had the .380 caliber handgun concealed in his waistband when he was stopped along the 100-block of North 6th Street on Tuesday. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to possess a firearm in Pennsylvania, unless they are hunting or with a guardian.
