Still no final vote count for the GOP U-S Senate Primary Race in Pennsylvania. Currently, celebrity heart surgeon Dr. Mehmet Oz leads former hedge fund CEO David McCormick now by 985-votes. Yesterday, McCormick’s campaign filed a motion with the state Supreme Court requesting the court order county election boards to count undated mail-in ballots by the end of the day on Tuesday. There’s been no word on whether the justices would take up the request. Meanwhile, the Pennsylvania Department of State asked counties to tally their undated ballots but keep them separate. The current slim margin is enough to trigger the state’s automatic recount law. That process will begin on June-1st and wrap up on June-8th.
