The man shot dead last Friday in West Manchester Township has been identified. The Coroner’s Office says 24-year-old Devin Zeigler of Springettsbury Township was shot just before 1pm at the West York Auto Spa Express near York Crossing Drive. Another person who was wounded is being treated at a local hospital. We don’t know their condition. Meanwhile, police are looking for two suspects who arrived at the scene in a white Kia Forte, with a Maryland temporary registration and dark tinted windows.
