The victim of the 10th homicide of the year in York City was stabbed to death. The Coroner’s Office says that’s one of the results from an autopsy on 32-year-old Tamarra Deloache. Police say her body was found at an address along the first block of State Street early Wednesday morning. Officers say they want to question a man, Terence Brabham, but have not located him yet.
