A 2-alarm fire in Lebanon damaged rowhomes Sunday. Officials say the blaze happened along the 600-block of Federal Street at around 1:30pm. Flames spread to adjoining homes leaving 15-residents displaced. No word on how the fire started. The Red Cross is helping the victims.
