The death of an inmate at the State Correctional Institution in Camp Hill has been ruled a homicide. The Cumberland County Coroner’s office reports 39-year old Joel Vanderpool died as a result of multiple traumatic injuries. He was found unresponsive in his cell early Wednesday morning.
