A Lancaster County man is in prison after being charged with a fatal shooting from nearly 20-months ago. After talking with neighbors and reviewing video footage of the area, police charged 23-year-old Ethan Chin of Lititz with killing 23-year old William Deliz along the 500-block of East End Avenue back on September 2nd, 2020.
