We know the identity of the kayaker who died in the Conestoga River in Lancaster County last weekend. The Coroner says 76-year-old Richard Lackey of West Hempfield Township went missing near Bridge Road in Upper Leacock Township on Sunday. His body was pulled from the waterway on Monday.
