A 22-year-old Harrisburg man accused of over 100-counts of child sexual abuse in York County has been arrested in New York City. The York County District Attorney’s office says Isaiah Metz was charged last month with multiple crimes including 3-counts of rape of a child under 13 years of age. The charges were filed after Newberry Township Police wrapped up an investigation stemming from a complaint from last summer in Goldsboro.
