The body found in the Susquehanna River near Three Mile Island Monday has been identified. Authorities say it appears to be 36-year-old Miguel Maldonado. Last January, Maldonado was holding his wife and 2-year old daughter at knife-point while on top of a vehicle he drove into the River near the Dock Street Dam. Harrisburg police officers fired shots and the suspect fell into the water. The woman and child were rescued.
