The U-S Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force captured a suspect wanted for a York County nightclub shooting that left the victim with multiple injuries. Springettsbury Township Police say 34 year-old Jorge Soba-Torres of York City has been charged with Criminal Attempted Homicide and Aggravated Assault for a shooting at Banana Max about a month ago. The suspect is being held in the York County Prison without bail.
