The Coroner’s Office says a passenger died after the vehicle ran off the 43-hundred block of East Prospect Road in Windsor Township and hit a telephone pole. That was just before 2am Sunday. Officials had no details on whether there were any other injuries. The victim has been identified as 41-year-old Kirk Ruff of Red Lion.
