The man wanted for the stabbing death of a York City woman last month has turned himself in. Police say 35-year-old Terence Brabham has been charged with criminal homicide in the stabbing of a former girlfriend, 32-year-old Tamarra Deloache on May-18th. Officers say the body was found in a home along the first block of State Street.
