A warrant has been issued for a Lancaster County man who has refused to turn himself in. State Police say 45-year-old Terri Young is wanted for endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault of a child. Troopers say he may be staying with friends in the northern part of the county. Anyone with information about Young is asked to contact police.
