A York County woman was killed in a traffic accident on I-83 last Friday. The coroner’s office says 18-year old Adrianna Reith of Chanceford Township lost control of her vehicle while traveling near Exit 21 in Manchester Township just after 1am. Reith was ejected from her car and died at the hospital. Meanwhile in Lancaster County, the coroner has identified the driver of a box truck who died in a single-vehicle crash along the 2000 block of Lititz Pike early last Thursday morning. Officials say 33-year-old Justin Stapleton of Ephrata was killed after his truck hit two utility poles, a fire hydrant and a stone wall and then turned onto its side.
