Suspect Indicted In NC Road Rage Killing Of Lancaster Co. Woman

The North Carolina man arrested for the road-rage killing of a Lancaster County woman last year has now been indicted by a grand jury. Officials say 29-year-old Dejywan Floyd became upset after the victim’s SUV came close to the suspect’s car while merging into a lane just outside of Lumberton, North Carolina, in March 2021. Police say Floyd then pulled up to the SUV and fired multiple shots into the passenger door wounding a mother of six, 47-year-old Julie Eberly of Manheim. She died of her injuries at a hospital.
