A Cumberland County man has pleaded guilty but mentally ill to killing his wife and daughter last year. Officials say 79-year-old John Miller called 911 himself to report that crime at the family home in East Pennsboro Township in April of 2021. The daughter, Joanna Miller, was found dead in the house and the wife, Melissia Hinton-Miller, was taken to a hospital where she later died of her injuries. Miller has been sentenced to life in prison.
