An autopsy is set for Friday on a man who was beaten to death by several people who accused him of trespassing on a property in York City. The Coroner’s Office says the death of 35-year-old Zachary Young Wednesday night has been ruled a homicide. Police say they responded to the 200 block of West Jackson Street just before 10:30p for a suspicious man who had been trespassing, but when confronted the man fled. Officers say the witness alerted a group of unknown individuals who found Young and beat him before they fled the scene. The investigation continues.
