A Dover Township man has been arrested following Saturday night’s shooting at a York County Walmart. Police say 32-year-old Pedro Rosado-Fernandez has been charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person after the victim was wounded in the arm while in the Newberry Township store. An off-duty cop detained the suspect until police arrived. Officials say it was an isolated incident and the two men knew each other. No one else was injured.
