A suspect is still at-large in Lancaster City after a shooting left two people wounded. Police say an adult male and a juvenile were injured near South Queen and Andrew Streets around 7pm Tuesday. Officers have charged 19-year-old Shymir Brown of Lancaster with multiple offenses including two counts of attempted homicide. Anyone with details about Brown’s whereabouts is asked to call police. Meanwhile, Lancaster City Chief of Police John Bey has stepped down after 18-months on the job. Mayor Danene Sorace has appointed a 22-year veteran of the force, Captain Richard Mendez, as Acting Chief.
