The state’s plan to put a toll at least nine bridges along major interstates in Pennsylvania has been put on hold. Cumberland County and several other municipalities are challenging the process as illegal and unconstitutional and on Wednesday a Commonwealth Court Judge agreed and delayed the proposal. No word yet on if PennDot will appeal.
