PA Lt. Governor Suffers Stroke Ahead Of Tuesday’s Primar

Pennsylvania Lt. Governor John Fetterman says he’s feeling much better after doctors at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital removed a blood clot from his heart. In a video posting on Twitter, Fetterman says he had a stroke caused by the clot after his heart had been in an A-fib rhythm for too long. The Lt. Governor credits his wife Gisele with spotting the warning signs of a stroke on Friday. Fetterman has a big lead in the polls to win the Democratic nomination for U-S Senate ahead of tomorrow’s state primary. The candidate says he is on his way to a full recovery and after some rest, he’ll be ready for the hard fight to flip the seat currently held by Republican Pat Toomey.
