A York County couple have been charged with the death of a 2-month old infant. State Police say 25-year old Ashley Decker and 28-year old Robert McCachren were living in deplorable conditions in a pop-up trailer behind a residence on Bentz Mill Road in Washington Township. They called for help on January 27th because the baby wasn’t breathing. An autopsy revealed the child died as a result of hypothermia and methamphetamine toxicity. Decker was arrested May 12th. Police are searching for McCachren.
