A teenager accused of shooting another teen in Lancaster has turned himself in. Police say 16-year old Jeffrey Moreau is charged as an adult with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon along with other offenses. Officers say Moreau shot and wounded a 15-year old near South Queen and East Andrew Streets back on April 26th.
