Fallout Continues At Lancaster Co. High School Over Drag Show

Three individuals have now been put on administrative leave by Hempfield School District following a drag show hosted by the high school’s Gay Sexuality Alliance. Lancaster Online reports that dozens of people attended a live and virtual school board meeting last night. Student and Alliance Vice President Miguel Rosado said the event has been held for three years without complaint. Officials say an investigation is underway to examine reports of inappropriate behavior at the April-25th event. Residents on both sides of the issue say this is not an attack on the LGBT community.
