Serial Stalker In Lancaster Co. Sentenced

A serial stalker is headed to prison in Lancaster County. Lancaster Online reports that 52-year-old Thomas Wainman Jr. of Lititz had been ordered not to communicate with his victims yet he then used his job as a UPS driver to continue to follow them. In February, a jury found Wainman guilty of two counts of stalking and one count of defiant trespass. This week, a judge sentenced him from 5.5-to-11 months in prison.
