The Lancaster County Human Trafficking Task Force has announced its first arrest of a man charged with human trafficking. The D.A.’s office says 32-year old Louis Fountain of Delaware County faces several felony charges after undercover detectives found the suspect and a female victim thru an online ad. The woman told police Fountain took her to hotels in Lancaster, Harrisburg, and other locations. She would perform sex acts for money and then gave all that cash to Fountain. He was arrested on April 21st.
