A Lancaster city man has been sentenced to 19-40 years in prison for multiple child sex crimes. Lancaster Online reports that 27-year-old Luis Torres Jr. was convicted of nearly a dozen offenses including rape of a child in a trial last August. The abuse happened between 2008 and 2011 and involved three victims, all under the age of 9. The prosecution noted that Torres was a juvenile at that time, but that he acted with predatory intent on much younger children.
