York Co. Deaths ‘Domestic-Related Murder-Suicide’

The two people found dead in a Red Lion home Sunday morning is being investigated as a “domestic-related murder-suicide.” That’s according to the York County Coroner’s Office. Police were called to the 700 block of South Pine Street at around 9am after the gruesome discovery was made. The homeowner, 66-year old Judith Snyder, died of a gunshot wound to the head. Officers say she was shot by 76-year-old James Miller who lived in Spring Garden Township. Miller then shot himself and died. State Police are investigating. The Coroner says there have been 11 homicides in York County this year.
