Pennsylvania’s state universities will hold the line on tuition once again. For the 4th year in a row, the State System of Higher Education has decided against raising the cost of tuition. However, in order for the freeze to take place, the state legislature will have to come thru with the 75-million dollars requested by the system and Governor Wolf.
