A second York City teenager has been charged with illegally possessing a gun. A 14-year old William Penn High School student was arrested along the 100-block of Cedar Street on Thursday. On Wednesday, another 14-year old was arrested after detectives saw him hiding a gun in the 200-block of West Princess Street before school. It was his second illegal gun charge in 3-weeks.
