A Lancaster County man has been sentenced from 10-to-20 years in prison after pleading guilty to six sexual assault felonies involving at 13-year old girl. The District Attorney’s Office says 29-year old David Ringer of Elizabethtown knew the girl was underage when he had sexual contact from October of 2014 until January of last year. Ringer will also have to register under Megan’s law.
