Sentences have been handed down for an Ephrata couple who pleaded guilty to running a drug dealing operation in Lancaster and Berks Counties. Officials say previous drug convictions helped earn 29-year old Holly Ortiz a 4-to-10 year prison term. Her husband, 39-year old William Ortiz got 2.5-to-10 years. During their arrest, police seized more than 1200-bags of heroin along with other drugs and over $11,000 in cash.
