An investigation into thefts from a York City scrap yard has led to the arrest of a man allegedly hiding in a dumpster. The York Daily Record reports that 36-year old Angel Gonzalez-Colon is being held in the county prison on $50,000 bail charged with burglary, theft and criminal trespass. Officers say the suspect was taken into custody Sunday night at Consolidated Scrap Resources in the 500-block of Vander Avenue.
