A Lancaster County man is being held on $150,000 bail after police charge him with robbery and making terroristic threats. Officers say 42-year old Jayson Halterman of Lititz was taken into custody in York City this week. He is accused of using a knife to threaten a woman during an alleged theft of a truck and some tools from a Warwick Township home on June-22nd.
