Lancaster Co. Woman Pleads Guilty To Fake Online Ad That Led To Beating & Robbery

A phony Craigslist ad ends in jail time for a Lancaster County woman.  The District Attorney’s Office says 22-year old Amber Consylman of Elizabethtown has pleaded guilty to setting up a fake sale of a television in November of 2013 so her boyfriend could beat the buyer with a baseball bat and steal his money.  The victim was seriously injured.  Consylman admitted to robbery, conspiracy and aggravated assault and she was sentenced from 3-to-8 years in prison.  The boyfriend, Zachary Moore pleaded guilty for his part in the crime.  He is currently serving a 4-to-10 year term in jail.
