We know more about a man who was hit by a vehicle and killed over the holiday weekend in Lancaster County. Northern Regional Police say it happened near the 1900-block of Locust Grove Road in Penn Township Saturday night before 8-PM. That’s where officers found the body of 21-year old Dominic Stitley. Officers say witnesses gave them info and now 37-year old Orlando Ortiz is in the Lancaster County Prison on a charge of criminal homicide. Meanwhile, an autopsy is set for Monday.
